The Cider Institute today announced the successful completion of its most recent Foundation course by 28 cider makers, each earning certification and marking a significant milestone in their professional development within the global cider industry.
The newly Certified Cidermakers represent a broad and diverse cross-section of the cider community, including established producers, orchardists, and emerging entrepreneurs preparing to launch new ventures. Collectively, the cohort spans 10 U.S. states, two Canadian provinces, and four countries, underscoring the growing international reach and relevance of the Institute’s education programs.

Looking ahead, the Cider Institute announced that registration is now open for its next online Foundation course, which will run from April 2 through June 18. For those seeking an immersive, in-person learning experience, the Institute will also host a hands-on Foundation course in the United Kingdom from March 16–20.
